BYOD Opportunities

  1. Improve employee satisfaction: Providing employees the ability to use the devices they want to use improves their overall happiness and avoids forcing them to use specific company devices and/or carrying additional devices.
  2. Improve Productivity: Enterpise Mobility provides productivity gains by enabling staff to work from anywhere, anytime, providing more flexibility and better overall engagement on a day to day basis. Not only in the event of a disaster recovery issue, but also smaller issues (e.g. able to respond to emails while waiting at the dentists office)
  3. Reduce Device Management Cost: Allowing staff to bring their own devices allows avoidance of manual processes and procurement (e.g. cell phone purchases, cell phone plan contracts, cell phone plan repair, cell phone upgrades, etc).

Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Mobility

The greatest challenge with implementing an effective bring your own device policy within organizations has typically been with privacy and security (aside from organizational policy issues). Microsoft 365 provides a variety of features which ensures we can securely establish a successful enterprise mobility program and allow staff to bring their devices without losing any sleep at night.
